This notice explains what happens to personal data when you visit massquantitative.com. It covers this website only. Spada has its own notice at spadamq.com.
The short version: this site has no sign-up, no forms and no payments. If you decline the cookie banner, or simply ignore it, no analytics run and nothing is sent to Google.
Who is responsible for your data
Mass Quantitative Limited is the data controller. We are registered in Ireland, company number 813902, VAT number IE4732069JH.

What we collect, and why
Analytics, only with your consent
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It loads only after you press Accept on the cookie banner. Until then no request is made to Google and no analytics cookies are set.
When it does run, Google Analytics collects your approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and how you arrived at the site. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We do not use it for advertising, remarketing or profiling, and Google Signals is not enabled.
Legal basis: your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and Regulation 5 of the European Communities (Electronic Communications Networks and Services) (Privacy and Electronic Communications) Regulations 2011.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of the home page.
Email you send us
The site lists four addresses: investors, institutions, partners and info. If you write to one, we hold your message and your email address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, under Article 6(1)(f), or where your message concerns a possible agreement, taking steps at your request before entering a contract, under Article 6(1)(b).
Server logs
Our web server keeps standard access logs. These record the IP address making the request, the time, the page requested, and the browser identifier. They exist to keep the site running and to investigate abuse or faults. They are not used to build any profile of you and are not linked to analytics data.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security and reliability of the service, under Article 6(1)(f).
Web fonts
The site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Making that request necessarily discloses your IP address to Google LLC. It happens on page load and is not covered by the cookie banner, because no cookie is involved.
We had moved this to our own servers, and intend to again. It was reverted because our current hosting could not serve the font files reliably, which left the site slow to load. We would rather be straight about that than leave a notice up that says otherwise.

The consent record itself is exempt from the consent requirement, because without it the site could not honour the choice you made.
Who else sees your data
Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC process analytics data on our instructions, but only where you have consented. Our hosting provider processes server logs as part of running the site.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Transfers outside the EEA
Google may process analytics data in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and on standard contractual clauses as a fallback.
How long we keep things
- Analytics data: no longer than 14 months, then deleted automatically by Google.
- Email correspondence: for as long as the relationship is active, and then for up to seven years where company or tax law requires us to keep records.
- Server logs: a rolling short retention window, typically weeks rather than months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or hand it to another provider. You can object to processing we base on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, and doing so does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
Send any of these requests to info@massquantitative.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission, 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28, or through dataprotection.ie.

This site links to Spada and to our account on X. Once you follow either link you are on someone else's site, under their privacy terms, and this notice no longer applies.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how the site handles personal data we will update this page and move the date at the top. Where a change is material, we will ask for consent again.
